Lyricsgiftedhands Salon Policies •Hair is Not Included Hair is not included in any style unless it is specifically added to your service. Please bring the correct hair for your appointment X-Pression hair only is accepted unless otherwise discussed. If you are unable to use X-Pression hair, please contact me ahead of time to confirm an alternative. •Clean & Blow-Dried Hair Clients must arrive with clean, blow-dried hair, ready for styling unless you’ve booked a wash & blow-dry service. If your hair is not properly prepped, an extra fee may apply or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. •Late Policy A $15 late fee applies after 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled. •Communication is Key Life happens just communicate! If you’re running late or need to update your appointment, please let me know. I’m very understanding and appreciate the heads-up. •Hair Type Notice I do not provide curly synthetic or human hair. You are responsible for purchasing and bringing the specific hair you want used during your service. Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Lyrics Gifted Hands 48 hours in advance.
A 40% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
